From our control room in Vlissingen our salvage and roadside assistance specialists are managed day and night. As Recovery Centralist you are responsible for all incoming telephone lines. This includes incoming calls for our 24/7 mobility assistance. You can use advanced systems that enable you to act quickly in case of a calamity or request for assistance.
In this work, everything is focused on the service-oriented handling of reports. It is important that you can work independently. It is also important that you are able to empathize with the customers you deal with over the phone, are stress resistant and can switch quickly. The administration resulting from the work is also part of your duties. In short, a versatile and responsible position, where no day is the same!
– You have a completed MBO education – you are in possession of driving license B and own transport – You are interested in auxiliary extension and have an affinity for cars and technology – You have experience in the automotive industry – you are stress resistant – You are customer and service oriented – You are communicatively strong and ask through to gather all necessary information – You act proactively and ensure that every report is handled from A to Z – You can make yourself understood in English and German – You have good computer skills – You are open to (eventually) participating in evening, night and weekend phone shifts
